It is great, very friendly and understanding team.
Recruitment process is bit difficult as they have too many steps to follow. All over it is very good experience. I would recommend to to some research on the role you are applying for and be confident
Friendly panel and make me comfortable. Ask about five questions STAR based. One is situational scenario-based question. There were three in the interview, and it was online mode. Did take 1 and half months for an update

Good interview process, a shame they outsource to agencies as I had to chase mine for an outcome which was disappointing. It doesn’t make sense that a government agency can’t afford to employ full time staff from the get go

Interview
A very long process. Applied for a job at service nsw. Turns out you are only applying to be put in the talent pool. A very misleading ad. Had to do an online computer literacy test. Went to an information session which was also an interview and group tasks. Went for 2 hours. Waited nearly 3 weeks to hear the outcome of the session. All in all it took over 2 months to get to the point of being successful and waiting for a position to arise.
