This is definitely not the company to work for nor the environment to thrive in. The morale of this company has gone downhill tremendously, this is definitely a place that I wouldn’t recommend anyone being employed at.

Interview

patience is key. I applied in September, got a phone interview in October, in person interview in November, got the offer a week later. Everyone I met was super nice and inviting. make sure to use STAR format when answering questions. Be respectful, polite, and fun. Onboarding didn't take too long. Background check and drug test results within a week of submitting necessary documents. Started training in January.

It was amazing and fast! Everyone was really great. Would definitely recommend applying for the company. The process was seamless for me and much shorter than I expected. If you want to get into the airline industry, I would highly suggest southwest. They definitely support your growth within the company.
