An in person 1 round interview, comprised of purely behavioral questions with the HR, Hiring Manager and a Manager from another team.
Received an email from SWA to schedule an interview on their calendar and was escorted by the HR to interview area on the day of interview. The interview started off very casually where the panel introduced themselves first followed by my introduction and series of behavioral questions.
While working on an analysis did you come across something different from what was asked and how did you uncover and manage to present those new findings

Fist round was a phone interview, about 20 mins, briefly went through my resume. Then on-site internview with 2 hiring managers and 1 hr. Was a good interview about 40 mins, not too hard. Some behavior questions.
