I applied online. The process took 12 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines in Feb 2016
Interview
I applied for the FA position in February 2015, I waited a full year before I heard anything back from the recruiters. The first email I received was southwest telling me that I was still in the running and to be patient. Finally I received an email telling me to call to set up a phone interview with a recruiter. I set up the interview and every question she asked, I answered very well in my opinion. After the interview was done, I was told that I would know within a week if I would be moving on. One week later I received the dreaded TBNT email. I was really disappointed and I couldn't understand what went wrong but I do love southwest and I plan to apply again

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
