I had a phone interview, then a group interview, then about a week later I had a one on one interview. The phone interview was just a bunch of questions about past jobs etc. Group interview was a written statement that they had you read out loud then more questioning. The one on one was me and two southwest employee s that do the job great touch.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy just be yourself and you should not have a problem having little to no airline experience and still got hired. Multiple interviews not a short process but overall easy
Southwest conducts an information session to discuss the position in detail before being invited to a one-on-one interview. The expectations of the position were laid out in a clear manner.

I filled out an application through Southwest. It took about 15 minutes to complete. Then I was scheduled for a virtual interview. I was offered a job halfway through. I start May 12 !!
