i had my phone interview on 27th of sep 2016 for baltimore position,and after the phone interview i was informed that you are selected for face to face interview .i travelled to baltimore from chicago had my interview on 20th oct it was simple interview ,after the interview she took my id card and back ground consent form and informed me you will hear from us soon and mean while if you have any question you can check with the hr who is corresponding with you its almost 11th day i had my interview so far no update from them.
The initial interview was virtual. It didn’t last past 30 minutes, the interviewer was very descriptive on what the position responsibilities are and the requirements to meet goals set and after my questions the interviewer ended the virtual interview and from there I received an offer

Had a phone interview. Was invited to a in person interview. Recruiter was nice and encouraging. Station employee (not managment) that was also interviewing was cold and gave the impression that I could not do the job due to weight & age.

Interview
There is a total of 3 interviews. 1 phone screening, 1 more phone interview and one final virtual interview. I decided not to go for the final interview but the first two rounds were great. They use the STAR method and make you feel comfortable.
