The first interview is a phone interview. The recruiter explains the position, hours, pay, and expectations. Then he allows you to tell him what you know about the position, so make sure you have looked at the job description. Then he asks about 4 questions and explains the next step. It was a week after I applied online that I received an email to complete my application and a call to schedule my online interview. Now I am waiting to see if I will be invited for a F2F, I just had my phone interview.
