Two rounds. First, Telephonic. Second, Face-to-face. The first round was mainly behavioral with questions such as Why southwest, why aviation. In the second round, five people took my interview, all the questions were on my resume. The recruiter was pretty chilled out. I love their culture. Keep a smile on your face and you will be good.
