I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in Oct 2016
Interview
One of the most pleasant hiring processes I have ever had. It was quick compared to some of my other experiences. The recruiter I had was a great guy and very helpful. I interviewed with my future manager and the director of the department I was going into.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to deal with conflict in the workplace and how did you handle it?
It was a one way interview software was rlly buggy and syas you can redo the videos if you mess up but you cant :(. All behavioural basic like why southwest, why this position specifically, how does your experience, course work and involvemnet align with this position, a time you had conflict.
Lots of STAR style questions that pertain to past experiences. The interview was primarily conversation based, and not intimidating at all, would definitely recommend in any department, even if nervous.
It was quick and easy. This was the first round and more of a screening to make sure I met the same requirements that were mentioned on the application. They only asked 3 behavioral questions.
