I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Dallas, TX) in June 2017
Interview
Throughout the process the interviewers were very nice and made you feel relaxed. In the beginning they sit you all in a conference room and go over the job expectations and a bit more about the training timeline. Then they call you back one at a time for your face to face which lasted about :35. After that you do the physical standards test which is just walking down a simulated aisle, stepping through a mock window exit, and getting into and out of a jumpseat set up. We were told we would hear something either way within 2 weeks of our F2F, for me the TBNT email came on the 13 day.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
