Applied online,Recruiter contacted me ,recruiter easy to work with,set up a phone interview and then i was called for an 1 hour in-person interview ,they ask you US passport,fingerprinting and other form of ID when you visit their office,i was an experienced professional,not sure if they already made a decision and they called me for count purpose,general questions,i did really well,recruiter called me back and said they would like to do an another phone interview ,and they did not give me an offer,Overall i think the decision may not have been based on Merit,I think the Managers hire based on favoristim or other factors ,this is my opinion,,only positive recruiter was easy to work with

It was good, relaxed, easy. I got to see the inside of the greatest airline to work for. The place meets the hype. The associates wanted to know my experience and we went through that but toward the end, they found it important to go over how much of a cultural fit I could be. Those questions are important.
