Contacted by recruiter on LinkedIn. Then set up intial phone screen. After that, 3 more interviews (1 more phone, 2 in-persons).
Not only was everyone along the way super nice, they were very transparent and candid. Yes, they sold the Southwest culture but they were very upfront about the challenges of the position. I appreciated that.
Culture is huge here. After your skillset is vetted, the questions are largely to assess how you'll fit in.
The entire process took almost 3 months.
