I am from within the industry, and it felt like I was talking to someone who came in off the street and was provided a job requisition without any ideas about what the job actually entailed. Don't sell me on well, we're Southwest and it is exciting to work here. Tell me about the role- what type of market share you are looking to grow. How the people in the role today are succeeding.
