First conducted a phone interview with a third party; was asked questions like; Tell me about yourself? Why do you want to work for Southwest? Followed up a few weeks later with an invite to fly (on the company) to Dallas for a face to face interview. Arrived for fingerprints, paperwork, and socializing with other candidates in the waiting room. When it was our time to get called in, we entered as a group for some intros and to make sure we could fit through an emergency exit/get in a jumpseat and buckle ourselves in. After that, I was called in a for a 3 person panel interview. All of them had a long history with the company and did a great job of helping me feel at ease. It was more conversation-style than anything. They appreciated a bit of humor and I left feeling very positive about my entire experience. Got a call a few weeks later from the lead interviewer on my panel with a job offer. Background check and drug test followed.
