I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Denver, CO) in Sept 2021
Interview
Received an email asking to choose telephone interview date and time. Recruiter was prompt and very friendly. The first 5 minutes was spent asking basic company questions concerning salary, relocating etc. Following that, the formal questions began. Phone call lasted about 30 minutes and was quite enjoyable. At the end of the conversation she said she would like to move me through to the next step which would be a virtual interview.

So far, it has been moving at a great pace. I have only completed my on demand interview, and I am scheduled to attend my face to face in the near future! The online interview was great - be yourself, smile, and use the uninterrupted time to really express yourself! I'm very grateful for this opportunity and best of luck to all those applying!
