I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (Coppell, TX)
Interview
Had 30 minute phone call with a recruiter then one final panel interview with 4 people. The recruiter called back a few days later and said I didn’t get it because they didn’t believe I was managing a multi million dollar project at my current job with only 6 years of experience. So basically they thought I was lying. Unreal.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Southwest Airlines (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
Interview
After many, many attempts of applying I was excited to get an interview. The phone interview went great! The recruiter said there were multiple positions open and that I’d be an awesome fit and they wanted to find me a home there. Both of us seemed super excited! I was invited to a second interview by the recruiter and was told I’d receive an email stating when within 2 weeks. After several attempts of me reaching out because I was thoroughly interested and no contact from the recruiter, I was informed they would be doing internal interviews first. Never heard a thing even after many polite and professional attempts to contact the recruiter. Just an email saying “thanks but no thanks!” I was thoroughly excited to work for a company like Southwest. In fact it had been my goal for an extended period of time. Amazing company. I was more disappointed than frustrated. The experience was a bummer and I felt like I received the run around.
