Mostly based on your resume. First, the interviewer will briefly introduce themselves, then they will ask you to introduce yourself. This will be followed by reviewing your resume. Mostly about your work and project experience and your technique skills.

Smooth and straight to the point. The interview they ask mostly about what I do and what would I want to achieve in their company. Overall takes about 1 hours interview with some follow up interview
