Interview process is pretty laid back, it’s casual and lots of customer service based questions. They also do a coffee tasting during your interview who thought was pretty cool. It’s was definitely a different interview experience.

You first have a screen with the recruiter, and she sets up time to speak with you. If you pass that, you get sent to the DM and interview with that DM and another DM and then usually decision after that.
