Very pleasant. Invited to take a online survey- basic questions about leadership style and questions about a P&L. Received a invite to chat with a recruiter. Mostly questions about myself and why i wanted to work for Starbucks. 2nd conversation scheduled with recruiter. This time it was interview questions, STAR based. Scheduled to speak with regional manager. Again Star based Questions. Scheduled to speak with a Regional HR- itI seemed like a rubber stamp interview. Waited for background check- offered position
Interview was via phone. The recruiter was nice and very thorough. I followed up but never heard back. It's ok that I wasn't a fit for the role. It's unfortunate that their culture is to ghost prospective partners rather than letting them know they have been deselected.

Question 1
Many of their questions are asking for a scenario when you did xyz and how it impacted the business or person you were working with. They are looking for very specific examples.

I applied online. I interviewed at Starbucks (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
There was an online interview/assessments prior to being called for an onsite interview.
During the interview, they not only asked standard questions pertaining to multi-unit management but also asked questions about pairing different Starbucks drinks to their food options. They also had me sample several different menu items. I am not a big coffee drinker so this was a challenge for me.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks (Dayton, OH) in Oct 2023
Interview
Very behavioral based, they want details details and results. I recommend following, what was the situation, what action or task did you take or complete, and what was the result
