I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks in Dec 2014
Interview
After submitting my application online, I received an email encouraging me to go introduce myself to the manager of each location where I wanted to work, which I did. Only one of the location managers called me.

Question 1
I was contacted within a week from the time I went in and introduced myself to the manager. She set up my interview for the following week, and advised me that the training process would begin in two additional weeks. During the process I had to describe my business and personal goals, and recall an example of when I had to make a decision in a situation when no clear answer or advise was immediately available.
applied and interviewed with a manager. nothing fancy. nice if you have customer service experiences and latte art. it was not difficult and he was very friendly. too bad i declined
A variety of asks; mostly scenarios and conflict resolution. If you have previous in management at previous jobs you'll be fine! They want quite a few examples of responses to stress.

Asked about passions, hobbies and why you want to work there as well as previous experience. Not difficultly and was laid back. Not much preparation needed. Be prepared to talk about hobbies and what beverages and food items you enjoy.
