I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Starbucks (Warrington, North West England, England) in July 2015
Interview
Applied for Barista and in the middle of process the shift supervisor role came up too. Got an invite for a chat at the store with the manager. Standard interview. Asked about how to handle customers, explain of a customer complaint and how you resolved it. How to handle rude employees etc. Then got invited to a work trail where you work for a couple of hours to see if you like the style and job and if they think you will fit in the team. Got an offer a few days later. Whole process took two weeks.

A variety of asks; mostly scenarios and conflict resolution. If you have previous in management at previous jobs you'll be fine! They want quite a few examples of responses to stress.

Asked about passions, hobbies and why you want to work there as well as previous experience. Not difficultly and was laid back. Not much preparation needed. Be prepared to talk about hobbies and what beverages and food items you enjoy.
