Talked to the manager over the phone and then I was asked to come in for an interview. Was asked various questions about my previous work history as well my work availablity. Overall, the interview was not very difficult, but your each interview will probably vary. I was offered the job on the spot

Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
