I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Starbucks in Sept 2024
Interview
The interview felt like I was just meeting someone to have a chat a coffee shop. Very relaxed, and open environment. This has probably been the best interview of my career, all credit to my interviewer who was amazing! She shared a lot about the company and herself before she even asked me a question. She explained about the structure of the interview and how many questions she would be asking. Ultimately each question was based off of one of Starbucks' values, which would be explained and then question is selected that applies to that value.
