There are two interviews now. Store manager and then direct manager. Make sure you show your personality and don't be afraid to giggle, smile, and be yourself. They want someone who is outgoing and able to effective create customer retention

Give me a time when you were by yourself at your workplace, and how did you handle it?
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
The interview was short and straight forward. They ask about availability and previous employment. No complicated questions. The interviews take place in the cafe of one of the starbucks stores.

They asked how I would handle fast paced environments
very easy and straightforward, they did a coffee tasting and was asked to describe the coffee taste. They focus on customer service, and knowing starbucks slang and the company goals is always a plus
