I applied online. I interviewed at Stryker (Amsterdam)
Interview
My first meeting was directly with the team and the hiring manager, as HR was on leave. The initial communication was positive, but during the interview I felt that my experience might be beyond the scope of the role.
After one week, I received a rejection without any feedback, and my follow-up request for clarification went unanswered.
I was also told in advance that my travel expenses would be reimbursed and submitted the required form afterward, but never received confirmation or reimbursement. While the amount itself was not important to me, it was disappointing to see a promise not followed through and communication stop entirely.
Rejection is part of the process, but the lack of transparency and follow-through felt unprofessional.
In my campus placement, Stryker was one of the initial companies that participated in the hiring process, it's process was :
1. orientation
2. technical test
3. technical interview
4. Hr round
