Stryker Associate Manager Communications interview questions

I was first screened by HR, who was transparent about the salary (impacted by your location) and described all the amazing benefits including unlimited PTO, day one medical + dental, a 401(k) match and HSA contribution. I then had a pleasant 1:1 Interview with the hiring manager. The recruiter was prompt in her updates and personally called me when I did not advance to the next stage, sharing that the top 2 candidates had more specific medical device experience. They encouraged me to apply for other jobs at Stryker and were responsive when I emailed with questions about other roles!
