I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker in Sept 2017
Interview
Three- interviw process. First an on-campus interview with an HR rep, then a phone interview with a 3rd party screening company (Gallup), and finally, if chosen, an onsite interview at your location of interest.
Behavioral, did not as any technical questions. Very fast paced, asked a lot of questions. Did not hear back after the first round but there are multiple rounds. Interviewer was very nice.

Question 1
Tell me about a time where you had to work in a team
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Stryker (Durham, NC) in Feb 2020
Interview
I had gotten my foot in the door with Stryker since a recent grad from my school pushed my application through. I instantly was passed on to the second round in which Stryker came to my campus and held interviews. My interview lasted about 15-20 min. It was very pleasant and fun since I had met the interviewer before at a networking event. She essentially just asked questions and typed down my responses. The questions are short and it seems like they really just want to hear gut responses to these questions, whatever you're immediately thinking of. I could tell they were very much interested in what my values as both a worker and a person were.
First is a 20 minute phone interview, asking why you are interested in the position and some basic background questions. If you pass that, the second round is a Gallup Interview, determining if you possess the personality traits required to excel at Stryker. Finally, there is an on site interview, meeting with many different people at the company.
