Overall it has been good, the only steps I have completed so far was getting a referral and filling out the application. I hope as the process continues it will be a great experience, the company sounds great.

Very extreme interview process. I had about 6-7 interviews over the span of 2 months. Each interview was with someone different. I feel like it could have been condensed into 2-3 but I understand they have plenty of candidates to choose from. after you pass the interviews they have you take a personality test.

Quick and painless- only took 30 mins, reviewed resume, asked about my strengths, asked what I understood about the job. Very direct and to the point- professional and no small talk
