      Advanced Operations Rotational Program Interview

      6 Jan 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker in Nov 2018

      Interview

Applied online as soon as the job was posted, received a request for a phone interview about a month later. First phone interview was about 20 minutes with an HR Campus/Student Recruiter... very rapid-fire but not necessarily intimidating. They did ask a series of technical questions "as required by the specific position" which caught me off guard as the interview was said to be personality-based. At the end of the interview I was told I would move on to the gallup portion of the interview. Took the Gallup interview the following week. It was not necessarily difficult, I just felt really disconnected as I was interviewing with a third party administrator. She told me the questions would be "yes" or "no", but the majority were not, and in turn I'm sure my answers suffered as I did not expand often. I did not move on to the in-person interview. This was fine, but a little awkward because they didn't tell me until waay after the in-person interview would've taken place. So obviously, when the day came and went, I knew I had not progressed, but this still added a lot of unneeded stress to the situation. If asked to interview for another job, I would be willing to complete this process again.
