Difficult. Even when you get along with hiring manager, the determining factor is the Gallup personality test (over an hour of fast paced questions where they evaluate whether you are fit to join their company or not)

Stryker has a very rigorous process although for the right candidate this process should not be a problem. Definitely be aware that the process takes a minimum of 45 days.
