6-8 interviews total. initial phone screen with recruiter, 1 with hiring manager, if they like you then you go the gallup interview. you have to pass that in order to move on. gallup is conducted via third party company and all personality questions. after that 5-8 panel interview

Preliminary Phone Interview followed by Gallup Test then face-to-face interview.
Generally a relaxed phone interview, with the interviewer trying to establish your character traits, where and how you would best fit in the company.
