First was a phone interview. Then a phone questionnaire to assess personality. Then I went in to the office and have like 7 back to back interviews with different members of the team, management, HR.

Interview
Phone call with recruiter (why do you want this job, tell me about yourself), then Teams interview (situational questions) with hiring manager. If you pass that, then interviews with panel of team members, Gallup talent assessment, background check and finally offer.
