Long and complicated. Lengthy wait time. Gallup assessment not in line with role requirement. Recruiter was unresponsive. Bias with the recruitment process. Feedback not provided. Overall frustrating and disappointing experience.

Phone screen with the recruiter was great followed by video call with the hiring manager. On-site interview have the same warmth and I realized the job wasn't quite at the level I was expecting it to be.
