Long and tedious interview process.
1.) HR Phone Screen
2.) Hiring Manager Phone Screen
3.) Gallup Rapid Fire Question Phone Screen
4.) Had to study types of Financing Methods from FLEX and answer questions.
5.) PowerPoint to a 4-person panel (personal and professional experiences)
6.) Had to meet with them individually, including hiring manager from Step 2.
Never have been through a hiring process as tedious and long as this one with all of these steps. Absolutely insane for this type of entry-level role.
At the end of the day, they ended up going with an internal candidate. They should screen internal people first before posting a job to the outside world. Unless you really want to be in this industry, then I wouldn't waste your time applying for any role at Stryker.
However, everyone who I spoke to was quite friendly.
Process took about 3 months.
