Four interview process: Recuiter, Gallup, Manager, Branch Operation Manager. The interview process may seem intense, but i think its pretty average level. Having experience in the medical area is a plus, but not required as I did not have prior experience.

Very relaxed, they make sure you are flexible and okay with the hours. The hiring manager emphasized that this job is for someone who wants to be in it for more than 1-2 years.
