I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
Stryker seeks very specific employees. The interview process is long; you'll have a screening with HR, a personality test, an interview with the regional manager, lead tech, and another regional manager, ride along and just to be completely certain of their decision, you'll have just one or two more. It's a very long process, and it lacks communication (I even asked for feedback and was N/A). It is a male-dominated industry; if you are a female, be prepared for sexist questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you willing to get dirty and possibly sit in the back of a hot ambulance for hours? Are you willing to not see your dogs all day? What is your daily routine? How do you organize? What do you do in your free time? How can you bring the company better business?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (Orlando, FL) in July 2013
Interview
5 phone interviews, personality test. 2 shadow interviews. 14 interviews at corporate in one day. One of the hardest interviewing processes i have gone trough. They are very selective on who they want to be part of the team. Most positions are filed internally, if you are not an employee and are being considered for a position. Considered yourself privileged.
