3 rounds. 1 "get to know you", 1 Gallup poll, and 1 in person. The in person one was with several people and they all had different styles. Overall, challenging interview but rewarding.

Interview
Went through conversations with hiring manager, hr, regional manager, local sales reps. They asked me about my interest, work-ethic, ability to transport, lift objects, gauged my conversation skills. They asked me questions about their products that I would help represent and service. They asked me about my prior work experiences as they would relate to sales.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stryker (East Lansing, MI) in Feb 2017
Interview
There are three stages, first an interview with the recruiter, this should be pretty easy and straight forward. Then there will be a Gallup phone interview, this should be long and tedious but not difficult. Then an interview with senior management, they will ask you technical questions but within reason.
