Interview
They ask you tons of personal questions and grill you to try to find out your "story" and understand what motivates you. Unprofessional and judgmental to say the least. I hate this interview technique, and I felt that management did not really care about me, they were just trying to go through the motions and bring people on ASAP because their attrition is so high.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
