Interview
3 rounds- phone screen where they ask you basic hr questions.
Then an in-person interview where they really dig in to everything you've ever done.
Last is a half day shadow where they observe you in the context of the team.

Question 1
they ask about your life pretty much. They want to know about your childhood, your high school, university and everything else. They ask you about your life plans and what your biggest motivation is.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
