Constantly changing, but a couple of years ago it was a 3 step interview. Meet with DBO, then Sales Manager, then come into the office for a meet and greet style day.

Question 1
What kind of company do you want to work for? Provide examples of overcoming adversity, finding success, and what you envision success is for you.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
