Interview
I was called by a Recruiter. The first round was the group discussion and 1 face to face interview with the Account Manager. I was hired and trained for 4 weeks which was awesome. Lots of things to learn and very friendly people.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
