Professional interview process with friendly staff. Detail oriented questions pertaining to the staffing industry throughout the various different sectors of industry TekSystems offers staffing solutions for. Thorough questions that allowed for you and the interviewer to get to know eachother and the company and role it was trying to fill. Took their time and offered as much time as it took to ask questions and a better idea if it was a good fit along with a responsive follow up afterwards.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
