The process took 2 months. I interviewed at TEKsystems in Jan 2010
Interview
The recruiter called and setup a phone interview for the next day. That was easy and there were no complicated questions or typical "how do you define happiness, success or life" ect. The head honcho(a) called two days later, set up another phone interview with him/herfor the following week.
Week 4: Head honcho(a) calls to setup a travel and stay situation for me. Everything paid for, things are going well. I get to the site and go through a nice three person panel interview. Two were extremely warm people. The other asked questions pertaining to the job that would only be answered correctly by someone with working experience at TEK. Cool...
Two weeks later: Head honcho(a) calls and say that they are reviewing another candidate and would get back to me in a week.
Month 2 - Week 1 : We regret to inform you....

Question 1
How would you deal with that kind of rejection( referencing a client not showing for an interview.)
I applied in-person. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Stockholm, Stockholm) in June 2026
Interview
It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Conshohocken, PA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Unprofessional. Went through the whole process and was brought into the office for a shadow day and then never heard from them again. Also, the recruiter will call you constantly at random times throughout the process, kind of micromanaging if you ask me.
