Interview
Phone call, then interview, then Half day. Tried to pride themselves on being great communicators but actually communicate very poorly. Went over a month after my last interview to try and figure out if I got the job or not. I emailed, called and heard nothing. After a final email of me taking myself out of consideration I got an email saying they would call me to give me feedback. It’s been almost 2 weeks since that email and no call. Just an empty promise I guess.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
