3-round interview process
1) Submit an application form online, then wait for the internal team to reach out and set up a phone call.
2) Phone Interview (30 mins) with Talent Acquisition specialist to talk about the professional background and career objectives.
3) If you didn't screw up the 2nd interview, there would be the final round with the leadership team to talk about your motivations, career goals and professional background.
4) Meet a team member or job shadow. Optional.

Question 1
1) Tell me about a time when you had to achieve goals/KPIs/hit targets etc.?
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
