1st interview is 15 minute phone call. Research your job title, responsibilities, and what company does. Be friendly and open to recruiter and be prepared to answer if you’ve applied for other jobs recently .

Describe an average day in your current job and what would your current employer say about you
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
