Interview
The interview process begins with a phone screening, then you will have a phone interview. If you get through those, you will have interview with the Director(s) and then you have a half day of shadowing at the office.

Question 1
It is more of conversation. They're going to take a deep dive into your resume and background.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
