I had 5 interviews with tableau for a fixed term contract! the whole process took 2 month, they made me travel for an interview they didn't give me any compensation to finally give me a negative reply. The reasons of this decision are hard to understand and absolutely not accurate. During these two month they made me understand that I was the right fit and they wanted to hire me so they made me lose a lot of time which I will never get back. The last recruiter (In Paris) was clearly racist, from the first time he entered in the office he has been rude and mean. The HR told me that he is the person that didn't want to hire me. It is hard to believe that in 2019 we still suffer from this kind of discrimination especially from a company that is always bragging about diversity and a multicultural work place.
