Target Applications Process interview questions

Horrible. As a potential employee, you spend time applying, phone interview, and going through the video interview. When you are declined, they will not give you a reason, which is frustrating. Should I not be able to know why I was not chosen? I just spent two hours going through all the work to apply, yet Target has no respect for my time. Judging from this interview, I can only guess that Target cares little for the employees they do hire.
