Target Cafe Worker interview questions

I was interviewed by two different Target employees; the Cafe manager and the food manager. I was asked many questions, most of them in the format of "Describe a time that you... put the needs of others before yourself, worked in a group" etc. I would advice practicing these questions ahead of time, I'm sure someone has the exact questions posted online. The interviews themselves were laid-back and the employees and interviewers were all very friendly.
